I didn't know you did the PD's decals. Playing through my copy of v0.3, the decals weren't any different, so I assumed no one had done them. Could we see what you've done?

It was my understanding that we were having a face off to see who's were better. Back sixty or so pages, I asked you about a "battle of the posters competition". (Now that I think about it, I shoulda worded that better).

I don't think it'll give the players headaches. They may see it for maybe a second or two, then that's it; so they wouldn't be staring at it long enough for a headache to occur. Also, I've stared at this for an hour plus myself, and I haven't received any headaches.
