I agree but also disagree with that. In some cases it's easier. In my dungeon crawler that I'm making just for fun, I'm using a lot of functions (organised into separate includes) from SCP:CB. All the INI functions are in "", all maths/shapes functions are in "", etc. But I suppose those are just general code bits and not part of the "engine".
