Do you have a model count?
That looks like Z-Brush, I'm guessing to get it into game, we'd have to retopologize it.

high poly model is around 2.5 million polygons. The low poly will be around 10k, and the version im going to use in the game im developing will be around 50k

for example, this model is ~2.5 million while this is ~13k polys

Well, you are comparing it to a human, which it obviously isn't. I personally think it is perfect the way it is. Sure it looks a bit too musclely, but it is skinny enough to be like the document described it.

Shit, sorry. I'm working in two games with different art styles. I was going to mess with the proportions a little once I got it to a low Rez model. I'll do that when I get the chance.
