This is wierd, but the big red ERROR signs that show up in source games when models can't load freak the ever-loving shit out of me.

If one appears in GMod when I spawn an NPC I freak out and undo it ASAP.

They get creepier if they turn to look at you but do nothing else.

Same, it's one of the reasons why i don't play GMod.
