I agree. The new layout may look oh so-flashy but the usability is beyond awful.
Lots of wasted space at your frontpage but the whole "Add to favorites" etc. has been minimized to a size that pisses
me off enormously.
Re-configuring this will be fun... no doubt. I prefer to see the newest updates of my Subscriptions rather than some random video recommendation.

It's not centered on my super wide monitor, so it's a huge eyesore to me. I also personally think its way too simplified and looks like its designed for ADHD 10 year olds.

They sort of did.

Before the Update, My YouTube kept switching between at least five different layouts. I had screenshots somewhere so I could show my friend but I think I accidentally deleted them.

I don't like it. I don't really mind changes, but when they add something new. I hate the recommendations thing. I want to see ONLY my suscriptions, thats why I suscribed to them. I liked it before when the recommendations were on the right, so if you actually wanted them, you had then I'm the right.
