If there is any remote possibility that it'd even be considered to be sold, or even permitted to be sold by the SCP founders, the most money to be had is in iOS. Yes, there are still those atrocious fees you see on the Xbox Marketplace, but there is a much larger amount of iPods, iPhones, iPads in the world than Xbox 360s, so the fees would be lesser than the profit.
