SCP is a great horror game, but nowadays 173 is not as scary as he used to be. Honestly, when he's not all up in the Facility jumping at you, he's a lot more terrifying. What if Slenderman was EVERYWHERE you looked...wouldn't be nearly as scary now, would it? More like annoying

Going with scpharrisee, I don't find him scary anymore is because he's just too predictable, I remember when my jimmies were rustled en mass on my first play through because he attacked me in the first corridor and I tried hiding in an alcove, now its just...I know all his spawn locations, how he behaves when you're not looking at him (wheeeeeeee) and that even if there is an object between you 173 is still render immobile.

Yeah I remember the first time I played the game, i think it was the v3.1, but I remember the spawn zones for 173 being less calculated and more random, now after the second room with the MTF and Scientist in it, I sort of know everywhere 173 is going to pop up. Unfortunately he has become more of an annoyance than a threat. I remember when I used to see him it was OFUCKOFUCKOFUCK, now its fuckinnngggg not this asshat again.

Another time way back, my keyboard ran out of battery as I was standing in the 3 catwalks room, I was standing in there looking for 173 like "ermagerdermagerd is he going to show up?", he never did show up, and now I know that he can't get you in that room anyway, because he never spawns there, and he can't explore the facility.
