Is anyone having a problem with scp-914? Because the game wont let me use it.

every time I play the game and get pass the "intro sequence" the game keeps putting up a memory access violation and this always happens when I even skip the intro sequence, why is this happening?! I've tried everything but the game only decides to crash after when scp-173 kills a mtf guard.
