I actually want to add in new stuff into the game, but It seems that all the links don't tutorials don't work.

I want to make a mod for SCP-CB but I don't know how to get started I have Blitz3D but I don't know how to actually run it, The links in other posts don't work and lead to a 404. If you can Help that would be nice.
