So I just went over to a windows 10 laptop but when I load it up it say "the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). click OK to close the application" but troubleshooting does not work.

for some reason I am having trouble with this file. It is named fmod.dll. It is saying that the file is missing from my computer. And that i need to reinstalling the program to fix this problem. I have done this but it still does not work. if anyone can help I would like the the help.
