I ran into a couple of bugs in my playthrough, those being an instance of falling through the floor and the elevator not working when 106 was chasing me (he looks sick, btw).

I feel like it's not as much "injured" as much as physically disorienting to go into a different dimension where the environment may not be quite like Earth.
