I'm not sure how to open the Map Creator, can anyone help?

I know there are still a couple of problems with 096, but I haven't seen this one reported before, so here's the glitch I found.
After I saw his face for about eight seconds, I was able to continue the game as normal (until I saw his feet, which set him off :p).

SCP explicitly does not have a canon. Anything goes. If people think it's too weird or too much of a mismatch, it just won't get accepted on the wiki. The only restriction is public opinion. Hmm... when I try to listen to the sound files, my computer opens them in WIndows Movie Maker. Anyone know how to fix this?
