No. Use fragMOTION. Look for the "Importing Models" thread under the modding section of the forum. He uses Blender, but you can adapt the settings for any exporter of the same type.

P.S. If you want the angels to have hostile poses and whatnot, you're gonna need a source code modification. Probably just an adjustment of the current head-rolling thing, but just change the post based on distance.

If you want me to decompile the angels, I can. I have GMOD.

develpoment of the mod wont start for a while though, i need to get models and whatnot

i just talked to my friend, turns out getting the models is a problem, im gonna have to put off the development of the mod until i can get models
