Well the guards are unicorns and that's how they shoot (magic) and do stuff (magic), and the radio music has been changed to say LTF, and the intercom was changed but isn't working yet in the v1.0.0 version, an multiple other things, and the signs are being change a bit and what-not. We'll see what happens.

Ok, I forgot about the unicorns though they are totally glitched and what if there are Pegasi/Earth Ponies ;-D They don't need them... They put them as class-Ds (Not actually) The Radio... I actually ment the music though an LTF program would be relaxing in a breach as well :-) ...

Didn't it say that Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie have breached Containment? cool if it would be advanced too!

If you're referring to the one Markiplier played (because thats the only reason why anyone ever knew of this mod), then this is not the same mod.
