Me and Steelpoint have discussed the matter and he agrees that only one mod should be appointed for the cost of two.

Well, judging by the poll, it's equally likely to unlikely that there won't be two mods demoted.

I am only going to say this once, no a new moderator should not be picked, it caused me a hassle last time when I won the poll and also it made me lose trust in people sorry trex but you are the one I lost trust in let me list two reasons:

1. People will be enraged as they will not be picked moderator or people will be enraged that I wasn't picked even though I won the poll (I know because I feel enraged right now, and most of you have given up the idea of me being mod, due to a few reasons)
2. The current moderator team is capable of handling everything, I have also been helping by messaging the mods on skype, giving them urls to spam threads which are not long after deleted.

You know what, yah. Forget it. No new mod, but still a possibility of demoting Xander and Follis.

I honestly think people to realize the entire point of a moderator, and with that knowledge, they can then decide. I refuse to vote on this, because it neither follows nor goes against the true nature of these forums...

Ok I am back from the land of slumber.

Xander what is the need for a condescending tone, you act as if you are a guardian of light against the hordes of darkness. In reality you almost are never on nowadays except for when your position as a mod is threatened, and you have only one moderator action to your name, the banning of CosaRica. How can I think you are actually doing your job as a mod, even if only for a short amount of time a day, when you have never to date preformed any activity outside of these moderator discussions, as well as the whole accusations being thrown at me, or that one ban. (And those offtopic discussions about three months ago)

Yes I can understand having other duties to attend to, most of us do. But we can still find time to engage in discussion and moderation on this forum, you should be no different.

You do make a good argument, but it falls apart completely due to your inaction on this forum, and the lack of proof that you have preformed any moderator action at all, whether it be using your powers or your words. I went through the Admin Control Panel and I only found that single Ban action to your name.

I'll wait a while longer before taking action on your moderator status, though it does not bode well currently. I just think you are taking up a slot at this time.

On the Dr. Follis issue, I did have a private conversation with him prior, I am prepared to give him some time to get back on the forum. I'll clear up that area soon anyway. Again he too will most likely be demoted.

I don't think we will be adding in any more moderators at this time, we do have more than enough right now and I see no reason to over saturate the moderation force. Also if we do it will be an internal decision.
