Me too, voting no is the right thing 2 do. Just like dubstep
I'm bad at keeping my emotions bubbled and end up being perfect. It would have been trouble.

At first I didn't vote, I stood neutral.
But Xander did just give a hell of a speech, although with a lot of insults for my liking.
He's got a point, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who can relate.
Uhm. Yeah, can't come up with anything.

I voted yes initially, but now I changed my mind to no. Xander has shown he has RL issues and he is willing to moderate the forum even if he is inactive. I support him now.

I think the demotion hammer should go to Follis, though.

Something seems a bit off in that sentence.

It's probably because you meant to put no initially then changed to yes. Ya'know.

Here we go.

If you want to remain a moderator Xander512, you must maintain a level of commitment and participation on this forum, period. You have demonstrated through your words you commitment to the forum, but I want to see your actions, not words.

Personally I am weary of keeping you on since you failed to show any participation nor actual moderation after the initial round of voting a few weeks back, especially when you knew your position was under scrutiny. Same goes for Dr. Follis and he will be facing the axe after I have made my decision, don't think he is exempt.

Prove to the community and myself that you can actually participate in the community, if you cannot for real life reasons I would suggest you willingly step down and allow someone more prepared and with more time to take your place. Bluntly put I want active moderators and not inactive/occasional moderators.

Let me make just a tiny speech, if there is going to be a new moderator I am definitely going to try not 100% but 200% to cut my crap out with the drama starting, I want that position back and I want to do things right however I will not deal with idiocy or the banning of others as it has appeared quite stressful and moderation purposes can be directed elsewhere such as to moving/locking threads and helping new users get used to the forums.
