He is supposed to be much taller then the player, according to his SCP article, i found it strange before that he was about the same height as the player.

Noo, don't make him a dwarf again. The problem with his current height is that Night didn't give his model proper clipping. So he'll tend to walk through walls or simply get stuck in walls.
Or his animations get stuck and suddenly he'll go enrage.

I agree. He's a lot creepier when he's this tall, but if it's what must be done to fix this problem then I'm all for it because I can't finish the game without cheating anymore.
