I used to be able to host a server and have other people join now when I try to host It no longer works giving me a

connecting Failed
Could not connect to server

The box just has this text in this order I tried to recreate it best I could by putting the exact text.
which means i can't host the server no one can play even me normally other people have the problem with joining the server but instead I can't make a server for people to join any help would be appreciated .
