I think someone said once turn the fog distance to 20, change the r,g,b fog to 255, and put the gask mask overlay to just white, and the facility will look lit up
I'll go check that

edit: nah not really the same, does look a bit better though

This currently deletes all MTF's in the facility. Their models can still be seen though, as only their pointers are deleted.
I'll try to code up a quick fix to the teleport issues and add an ambient light command at some point.
