I dont know how well this would work but how about SCP-517

It could sit in its cell covered by a black sheet in which you can remove, however removing it and walking in front of it will activate 517's effects.

A long time after activation, the entities described in 517's page will attack the player, the player can run but if they get caught they will die, escaping doesn't get rid if hem permanently as they will attack again eventually.

Pretty unlikely, as 008 is contained until 173 breaks the glass, and you only get infected because the glass cut you..I think, I've only seen Sam's version of 008.

Also, what do you think about adding a few more diseases in 1025 like AIDS (just for the lulz), insomnia, or parkison's disease?

I like this idea, heres some more ideas for diseases

Alice in wonderland syndrome (Google it) : It would make the players vision bigger and smaller and cause a lot of disorientation, so syndromes like that count?.

Influenza : Your character breathes heavily, sniffs every once and awhile, Coughs, stamina bar depletes faster and fills at half speed,

Migraine : The players vision blurs as they hear a heavy thumping sound, could hinder sprinting and make the players movement difficult.

Chorea : Makes controls very difficult, causes your character to commit suicide eventually.

I know I said this in a previous post but doesnt anyone think scp 699 should be in the game. Heres what 699 should be like

It can give you good things such as key card level 5, bullet proof vest, scp 500(pill that heals you from anything) and it can also give you bad things such as smelly joint, mysterious bottle that sends you to the pocket dimension, and a jumpscare(scary face or 513-1) or nothing at all :D

The problem with 699 is that it can't be opened, and from what i have read in my opinion sounds like an SCP from the foundations future somehow sent back in time, (Probably from another SCP from the foundations future) i doubt there would be any key cards or anything in it, sounds more like a monster or something worse.

Yeah I looked back at 699's page on the foundation site and saw other information that I haven't read so yeah you are right :|

There's already plenty of diseases - if we keep throwing jumpscare/zombie-creating SCPs in the game it'll feel too much like a predictable and non-diverse horror fest. I think the next major SCP addition should be a keter level SCP as that would up the diversity and make for some really interesting possibilities. Not to mention the game only really has one keter level SCP as of right now. preferably an INTELLIGENT keter level, if the game can even handle that.

I volunteered 035 a while back. Any suggestions of your own?
