Good
-Blink gauge depletes slower
-More stamina
-Faster walking speed
-Extended resistance to bullets, not invincible, but can take more shots before being injured.

I just had an idea: What if you could COMBINE items with 914? For example: Eye drops + gas mask + very fine = infinite stamina and slower blink meter when wearing it. Document + key card + 1:1 = Code for a random door. SCP-500 + first aid kit + very fine = temporary invincibility. I don't know about the last one, but I personally like the first two.

Edit: Also, regarding 500: Since no one has an idea for coarse, it could turn it into a cyanide tablet. Just to mess with new/curious players, like a battery on very fine. Rough will obviously disintegrate it, and 1:1 will make it a normal pill.

Edit: Also, from the 914 test log in the sandbox:
It seems the refining is based upon the intention of the user.
Basically, the chance of getting a Mastercard over an omni card should be significantly reduced. I think this quote could also help with ideas for refinements of SCP-500 and items added to the game in the future.

Coarse doesn't make the item worse. It only seperates the item into neat piles.

I'm pretty sure the pill would just blast through your head at extremely high speeds, probably causing brain damage or killing you.

If you shot it in your mouth, technically you would swallow it and it could heal you, or just destroy your lower instestines and kill you violently.

Does the hazmat suit have any real purpose as of right now? I offered this suggestion a while back, there should be some "laboratory" or something where there is an 008 or some other kind of contamination and passing through would REQUIRE the hazmat suit :P
