Yeah I'll always be in favor of a custom engine personally (If it's workable..) using Unity to create a conversion for SCP:CB is good practice for me as well personally. I'm not too sure about how this lighting works, the walls just look like they've been spray-painted silver. Concrete shouldn't be so reflective.
