I had a new NPC idea and will be explained

Idea: This NPC will spawn in the Cafeteria on the bottom floor where 294 is. He will just wander around until you get in his sights. When spotted he will run after you with a knife and if caught he will stab you until you die (Damage works like the MTF bullets) And to get him out you need to lure him far away or run till you escape. The NPC can look like this (PLACEHOLDER)
And the Knife can look like this
If anyone can make this for me I will highly appreciate you (Also I Will Give You Credit)

Oh my... Why on... Who would... What is... WHAT THE HELL IN MOTHER NATURE IS THAT IDEA?

Though I personally don't like the idea, not that I don't want you to express your ideas, I think you should do this yourself. To quote Mad Munchkin, "Stay creative". Create your own NPC, learn how to by studying BlitzBasic, and possibly modeling and animating in order to have your NPC function properly. If someone else made this for you, unless you were very specific, something would be lacking from it; Your own input. I encourage you to learn how to model, animate and/or code in BlitzBasic, because you could come up with some very interesting mods and collaborations for the game!
