No, it's just that not many people have the time or experience to finish 860 at the moment. Not to mention Regalis is working on a portion of 860-1 himself. You can't just declare something dead if it hasn't been worked on for a month or two. And what other SCP projects..? 650 was never confirmed for the game like 860 was, if that's what you were referring to.

Also, I'm a bit confused. Did anyone notice that after 2 months of being gone, Mirocaine came onto a random thread and posted a 4 letter word before leaving? It seems everyone's too excited about him 'returning' to notice how random it also is in relation to the thread itself. I do hope he's back though, as always it's nice to see old faces on here. (well, he hasn't been long that gone..)

Im thinking that if 106 captures an MTF into the PD next time you go there you can see his dead body or something.
With 96 it would be similar to what happens to the guard but instead of a window blocking the view you would get blood splaterred on the screen if you didn't turn around.
And with 173 he would just snap their necks if they won't notice him.

Fair enough. I classified them as "dead" because, as you have already said, nobody has worked on them for about 1,204,323,457 years. I may have gone a bit over board on the year count.

I think Regalis should udpate the pocket dimention adding a strange body randomly appearing Like the one in the 106 wiki article (Agent (REDACTED)) and make 173 despawn after his event in the hallway.

Mirocaine was initially working on 650, correct? I assumed it was dead because a bunch of people argued that CB should only have one scary statue. And on top of that, no one has been discussing it for what seems like years now.
