Seems that answer42 already finished coding the Launcher and settings in C++.
Come on people, pay some attention to the guy, he's doing a pretty important and hard job. (Converting the whole game to C++ and also volunteering to keep updating it to C++ while Regalis learns it.)
Go to his website to see it.
What are you gonna do next, answer42? Main.bb?

Next up is the main menu and the other settings menu that changes the settings not handled by the launcher[past this point are only guesses on what I will likely do, nothing set in stone yet lol], after that, probably basic level loading, main character and movement, other characters, the dynamic map generation has to go in there some where as well, may do that when I set up level loading...Irontaco wrote:What are you gonna do next, answer42? #149You are amazing for what you are doing, thank you a million times. Regalis has created a GREAT game here, and it is so good of you to help with this in your spare time, especially with Reg's service time coming up.answer42 wrote:I've started work on the rewrite, I'll try to keep informational updates on my site.
Will do, at the moment I'm working on the Launcher and game settings, hope you don't mind that I broke your settings format a little... :lol:Regalis wrote:Just let me know if you need any help. The code is pretty messy so I might have to clarify how some parts of it work.
