Wikia have a lot to manage but they have a few dozen higher powers, iirc.

That's not what I was trying to say -_-. Pretty sure it was clear. Wikia's not being stubborn if they don't acknowledge a wiki close request. They probably get hundreds a day, the bot just probably didn't pick it up.

No, they have IP tracking, which means if you vandalise it without an account, or with a fake account, they'll know it's you controlling the sockpuppets.
