I think the very fine med kit, if your going to be invincible, you should also be able to sprint and smash through doors.(It be cool)
Perhaps it should overheal heal you, like the wiki says, very fine usually makes the input highly anomalous. By overheal I mean what you said, but only temporarily until your brain/heart collapses from shock. Iunno, just tossing ideas around.
I am officially SCP-426. I am a toaster, and people refer to me in first person. This memetic quality is one of my best traits!

Already has unlimited sprint (WHY DOES NOONE KNOW THIS?)
Maybe the Very fine mask could have that effect, and the Fine has the Infinite sprint.
But if it will have it, it would be OP because of the fact that MTFs can only instakill you from your head.

No OP, because it wouldn't help with sprint. Or, even make it break on impact, just make a broken glass texture, and make it non-functional when wearing.

Hmm, I have an alternative. The gas mask, when output on Very Fine, could actually turn out to be a ballistic helmet, or even the helmets used by the guards and MTFs. The MTF helmet would allow you to take a few hits to the head before dying at the cost of tinting your vision yellow, as a result of the visor.

The ballistic helmet wouldn't have any penalty.

I find these all too OP to be honest. Invincibility medical kits that give you infinite sprint and ballistic helmets that protect you from headshots? Personally, I find these a bit too OP, but considering they will have to be added to 914, eventually, here's what I got.

Med kit- Course: Damaged remains. Rough- Remains and low grade disinfectant (reskin of eye drops?). 1:1: Band-aid. Fine: Emergency First-Aid Kit (heals two limbs) Very Fine: Advanced Medical Kit (Heals 3 wounds, still stay sore for about 1-2 minutes, you can't sprint)

Bulletproof vest- Course: Nylon and steel plates. Rough: Damaged ballistic vest. 1:1: Sleeveless Vest (doesn't affect you) Fine: Heavy Bulletproof vest (fends off most damage to limbs, but you can't sprint) Very Fine: Bulky Bulletproof Vest (makes you invincible against MTF's and other gun related enemies, catch: you can't move when it is equipped)
It slep time bunner.

Also, this is a bit of an odd question, but what ever happened to the other ending of Gate B with 173 killing you? I remember there were audio lines for it, but it isn't in game so far. Was it scrapped?

I think Regalis said somewhere he is going to put it into the next update.

Omniary, you didn't seem to read my suggestions well. I meant this...

Rough is supposed to destroy the item.
Coarse refines it into it's components
1:1 changes the item into something of the same function, but not necessarily.
Fine usually makes a better item, but slightly anomalous.
Very Fine produces a very anomalous item that can be deadly, or a life saver, or neither.

What i meant about the medkit was....

The 1:1 one would give you a random effect due to it changing the medkit's contents into different chemicals, as i said, it could make the player trip balls (Like the joint), fall asleep, have a temporal speed boost, die, blurryness, shaking... (Exchanges functions, see?)
The Fine one would stop the bleeding, and add the lost sprint power and the lost blinking power to the bar as some kind of ''overheal'', but only temporarily, and with blurryness so it doesn't get too OP. (Slightly better, albeit temporal and with bad sides.)
The Very fine one would indeed give you a kind of godmode. The huge syringue probably contains a hell of a lot unknown chemicals which will make the user feel very strong and quick, but it will first give you a seizure (The ammount of chemicals acting up at the same time), then it would wake up the player, allowing him to enjoy some kind of godmode, but he will die in a short time. So it's not good to use anyway, i wasn't talking about being completely unvincible for the rest of the game, i meant that it would kill the player anyway.

And about the ballistic vest...

When i wrote the 1:1 one, i couldn't decide which idea was better, maybe just another colour for it, maybe gear that protects the user from one headshot, and also the legs and arms, but can degrade quickly, or a rare chance to get a camo vest which makes it slightly harder for MTFs to see you. Now, protecting the player from one headshot would work pretty good. But just one.

The Fine one is indeed a bit OP, and would make the player have a lot of resistance agaisn't bullets, but once again, the suit would degrade as you get shot or damaged more and more. It would also make the player unable to run. Even with it in the inventory.

And the Very Fine one would just be a joke.
