I really hope this isn't his new cell :'( . I love the current placement of him that creeps you out with the blood splatter and then forces you into a room with it afterwards.

For some reason people seem to be confusing the room that 096 sits in with his containment cell. It's just a room of the facility where 096 happened to come across someone with.
