Score one chopper kill for me.

Anyways, I finally found that generator room in the maintenance tunnels. I had to use wireframe to notice it. Also through wireframe, I found that the Omega warhead silo is actually above the elevator to it, not below like the document suggests. Either way, you just teleport to it.

Theres a small section of flooring behind the blast doors at Gate B. And thats about it. Wireframe basically gives you X-Ray vision.

Well, I noticed that there is a new area in the maintenance tunnels that no one's ever seemed to point out. It appears to be a generator room, filled with huge mechanical appliances and pistons. Makes me think of a certain area in Amnesia.

Also, I noticed that the 2-Level Office got a new door for the Ming's office. Small, but interesting.
I have noticed weird stuff too, but what is really weird is that why is everything getting flamed on lately? Seems like every post with a good point of view gets flamed, even you, that are a mod got flamed because of this post?

I wouldn't be able to point it exactly out, the maintenance tunnels are enough of a maze without 106 on your tail, but it's a rather large room at the end of one of the tunnels. It's filled with pipes, what appear to be generators and a large shed-like corner.
Maybe is just a re-used texture for that wall, is done commonly in video-games and the companies don't expect to be much of a deal breaker, the efect should stop working after shadows get implemented into the game, for now we have a shelve like shadow texture on the wall of somehwere XD.

I know, what came first to my mind was a burst of ignited combustible, so since many posts had a flame on it i thought it was flagged for promoting flame wars, instead of being a HOT topic XD.

Sorry if I take things a bit too literal sometimes.

Yeah you can catch a glimpse of 682's claw/tentacle hitting the apache at the end if you look closely (or just noclip).

Here, I can even confirm it from Regalis own word from the old forum's dev topic thread:
Regalis wrote:Posted: Oct 18 2012, 04:22 PM
...And about the SCPs; there won't be any new ones in this update since none of the models are ready yet. SCP-[REDACTED] will have a much bigger role though (and you'll be able to catch a glimpse of it), and SCP-106 will be using the new pathfinding system.
Redacted = 682
Awesome, thanks for the in depth piece of info. You should totally add this into the trivia of 682.

I really think that the arm should slowly extend off the ground and then once it reaches full size, it slaps the chopper, this would give more of an impression of 682 evolving...
Side note: 682 growing a giant spiked arm to destroy a helicopter isn't exactly canon but i can live with it.

Hmm, interesting idea.

I think a possible explanation for the arm being so long is 682 leaping up, and hitting it with its arm. Maybe when there's a legitimate 682 model it can be tweaked a bit. I never really imagined 682 godzilla-sized, so maybe you could see a leaping 682 fly into the air and swipe at the helicopter at the peak of its jump.
It slep time bunner.
