If it is the final version, all I can say is I'll start doing "minipatch" mods, which add content from myself and other mods into the game.

Well I can confirm that the MTF or guard that the girl kills from the video is a voiceover from Resident Evils Red Queen computer system. so it may have been added just for dramatic effect so we can only safely presume that "it" is telekinetic.
