IMHO, you're better off getting an initial release in one language first then porting it later. Preferably for android since Cpp and Java are much easier IMO.

If you've ever programmed on an OOP or a C based language it doesn't take long to get used to it, probably less than a week. It has garbage collection and everything is passed by reference if you like that sort of thing. It does force you to format your code in strict OOP design though, which I'm not too fond of.

I'd assume it would be SCP-008, looking at the hint that Regalis is already implementing it as we speak thanks to InnocentSam, and he might just be extending the SCP to its fullest, with infected humans and such.

On the other hand, looking at the large cut or incision on the chest of the subject, I'd say it also could be SCP-049, as it fits the description of a zombie created by him as well.
