That's only so you literally only get a glimpse of it in-game. Canon-wise, no. If it didn't go through walls in-game, you could probably watch it trying to crawl out of your sight. It's fast, but not fast enough in-game.

Once again, its not about the amount of people in a room. Its about the position of those people and if 372 can hide. Even if they were each in a corner and facing each other, 372 could easily just leave the room and come back when he has room to hide.

I mean,that when I'm playing,372 suddenly pops out at the corner of my vision and it scares me a lot!
