I've always wondered what would happen if SCP-096 is chasing you, and you escape. I mean, it's impossible anyways, that thing can destroy metal walls to get to you. Maybe, at Gate A and B, You are walking a few meters out, and then your player looks back automatically and sees SCP-096 scramming out and kills you, then the end screen appears and you hear chattering on the radio saying stuff like "We are having a serious problem right now! MTF are getting slaughtered down here!" / "Why? What's going on?" / "SCP-096 followed a D-Class out of the elevator at Gate (A or B) and multiple MTF Units viewed its face!" / "Inform all units to not look at its face then, and hurry." / "STATIC" / "Do you copy? DO YOU COPY!?" / "STATIC" /

The static at the end means that the person got killed before he could inform the MTF. Meaning the slaughter and horror will go on even longer.

Nothing, there is no need. Leaving an open ending like that is great. It allows the player to believe the WORST has happened, which adds to the horror.
I'm sure the foundation managed to get it back in containment

But, yes, this is a great idea. Satisfying ending and scary.

Not only is it epic but it actually makes SENSE! Nothing on Earth can impede 096's progress to tear you to shreds after you look at his sexy demeanor. It's only logical that he can and should come tearing out of the facility to still get you.
