Maybe a description, please? And how does that resemble as an SCP?
Well it has its own page and is composed of many scp articles and byproducts.

Super camera sounds interesting. But it‘s hard to implement it.

It doesn't take pictures it's more like a super directed flash bang which burns peoples faces and melts your eyes.
I think it would be funny if a MTF saw you and said around a corner "Throw a flash-bang." then one says "I think we're out." then a third says "Just throw this!" then they chuck it around the corner causing it to smash into the ground causing a big flash but not as potent as using it correctly.

That sounds like a powerful weapon. And it's immune to all powerful SCPs. Although, It will break the game‘s atmosphere...

If anything it seems to me that it would be implemented as a security measure or accidental run-in (not exactly familiar with the object, sorry). However, SCP 513 is right in that it doesn't really fit the game's atmosphere and doesn't contribute to make it scarier/more immersive.

It will not be used by a player but will be part of the afore mentioned event.

The pre 0.7 versions made the game feel sort of like a game of cat and mouse between you and 173.
You never felt safe. The 0.7 versions make the game seem much longer and drag on more than it needs to.
It takes out a lot of the fear aspect from the game and replaces it with just plain bordem,
The game needs more SCP's or spawnpoints or the map needs shrinking down.

I disagree, 173 can still be a b*tch  But I also agree that the hallway section needs a cap so it doesn't go on forever. And instead of placing cheap 173 scares everywhere, he should be spawned conservatively (balance between excessive and nonexistent) so that the player will feel more scared when running into him.

We have already discussed this, but 173 needs to leave the first room. It's terrifying, but not good gameplay considering the FIRST items are in there.

I agree with this. New players could potentially miss all of those key items because a certain killer sculpture is guarding the room.

Maybe you guys will disagree with me on this, but I say keep 173 out of the first room. I think it's scarier when the player has time to wonder when the hell he's going to appear next.
