Could be cool if the first guard was actually holding SCP-127, and then after SCP 173 kills him he drops 127 into the first floor, but you soon discover that SCP 127 is ouit of bullets and oyu have to wait 2-3 days to actually use it, at the end of the game we could add an easter where you could actually fight every SCP(that screwed you in the game) with 127, just to give shooter fans that little bit of joy. XD
I am saying we could add the gun, as it says in the SCP wiki, that it looks like any other MP5K, probably that guard had something to do with the dissapearance of the gun(substory), as it says this where collected in confiscation from Mr. James █████████████, and maybe this particular guard was a one of the FBI agents later taken into account to SCP fund(after all, who would let a normal guard take on duty of scorting 3 D-classes and supervising the only and unique SCP-173?) . All this taken into account we could create a substory inside the game as an excuse to why the cheatcode works, still leaving the SCP and shooter fans satisfied.
As for the start of the game you could just let the guard drop 127 and call the gun SCP-127, still being completely useless throughout the game in the first run(and most people would probably drop it early on as they don't find any bullets for it), you could actually unlock the cheat if you take 127 all the way, making it a bit harder and satisfying to beat the game.
And it should be called "Revange mode" for when after and you unlock it after you complete the game, giving it even more replay value than it already haves.
This could be changed to whatever Regalis like, maybe SCP-127 could only slow down other SPC's? Or maybe a cheat code mode. You get the cheat code after you beat the game!
1.I like to see 127 as a teeth peashooter other than a powerful firearm( since in the post about it says: "its unstable and not worth as a firearm".), anyway it ISN'T supposed to kill anyone until you beat the game, maybe it could be a mode where you kill guards with it instead of NPC's, would that make more sense? Also is literally gun, it isn't though in a technical stand point(or into practice if like better)
2.As I said, it isnt about the shooting, is the challange and fake illusion we will give to a player, messaging it and keeping in clear, WE DON'T USE GUNS IN THIS GAME, subtile enough, but tru SCP fans will get the reference.
3. Isn't it playing video-games the same? But why do we play it, to bring joy to our life, a do something we cant in real life, experience fantasies that you can only imagine in your dreams, take away any stress you have and most importantly HAVE FUN!
4.Is actually more challanging, as I said before, YOU GOTTA BEAT THE GAME, you beat the game once... you unlock cheat code mode, you beat the game once WITH SCP-127, you get the code to use it into a new easter mode: "Guard Revenge Mode".
I don't know if Regalis would approve this idea thought.
Re: SCP-127
#2What part of no weapons is not clear? I will be happy to clarify what no weapons means. It means NO F****ING WEAPONS. SCPS ARE NOT AFFECTED BY WEAPONS. SO IT IS ABSOLUTELY MEANINGLESS.CostaRic wrote:Could be cool if the first guard was actually holding SCP-127, and then after SCP 173 kills him he drops 127 into the first floor, but you soon discover that SCP 127 is ouit of bullets and oyu have to wait 2-3 days to actually use it, at the end of the game we could add an easter where you could actually fight every SCP(that screwed you in the game) with 127, just to give shooter fans that little bit of joy. #4This idea along with you signature having the word "weapon" is already wrong to the game.

#6Well let's keep SCP suggestions in the SCP general suggestions thread--
127 is an unstable and unreliable gun overall and is better suited to just being contained as Standard firearms for the Guards and MTF are probably much more powerful.
As well, there is absolutely no guns for player use in the game:

#9Im not talking about a gun, am talking about an SCP, and he doesn't wants guns to be able to shoot AND kill SCP's. ;) If you follow me...Omniary wrote:CostaRic wrote:I don't know if Regalis would approve this idea.Quoted from right above your post. All this is to add an extra feature to the game, making it more fun, and isn't that what all what games are about don't you think?
Think it this way:
1.127 is not a gun even if looks like one
2.You CAN'T use it throughout the game.
3.The weapon is useless untill you unlock the CHEAT code.
4.Adds a completely optional challange into the game.
