As the title states, I've seen this happen on several occasions. MTF Units would be in the same room with SCP-096 and yet they would never find themselves hunted by it.
Hell, even while being cased 096 completely ignores everything surrounding itself and only goes after the player (which I would be able to understand to some extend)
However, MTF also completely ignore that little bastard (among all other SCPs) and make your life a living hell.
Being trapped between 2 MTFs and 1-2 SCPs is just...wow?
Re: SCP-096 attacking MTF?
#2I'm pretty sure thats going to be added in the later update
i hope

Everything is back to normal.
Re: SCP-096 attacking MTF?
#3The MTF has no reason to kill Guards. Their directive is to kill rogue Class Ds since they propose a real security threat. Guards can actually be trusted, and probably would be in an evac shelter, not wandering aronud the facility fucking with stuff like the player.thedude69 wrote:SCPs vs MTF with you in the middle. I wonder if Regalis can have it so that there are still some surviving Guards who are being targeted the same way as the player but are still hostile. SCPs vs MTF vs Guards.just an idea
YOUR DEATH IS INEVITABLE
Re: SCP-096 attacking MTF?
#4Maybe guards should be neutral to the player. They're not like MTFs in that they have to terminate class-Ds but they should still gun you down if you get too close.

Re: SCP-096 attacking MTF?
#5Wouldn't mind seeing MTF or Guards (or maybe even other D-Class) trying to escape another SCP, with a chance to either escape un-harmed or suffering casualties.
Re: SCP-096 attacking MTF?
#6Ehh, I'd rather have the Guards get the shitty end of the stick here, as I feel they're much more disposable (I sound horrible) than the 9TF would be. Mainly because I considered when creating the faction that they were all highly skilled with the handling of all known SCP's at the site, and the little amount of members shows to as how well they manage in such small numbers. Plus, they'd simply become the 8 tailed fox if they lost a member. I think, since we've received some new NPCs, they should receive this type of treatment. I've been creating some extra D-Class textures, and will do some more for the scientists and guards.
It slep time bunner.

#7I hear we're getting new soldier models soon-ish. Wait a bit.Omniary wrote:Ehh, I'd rather have the Guards get the shitty end of the stick here, as I feel they're much more disposable (I sound horrible) than the 9TF would be. Re: SCP-096 attacking MTF?
#8The more I think about that concept the less likely it seems that it'll be added to the game.
While 096 is attacking the guards or whatever you would also have to pay attention to not looking at 096's face.
And what priorities does this "Shy guy" have?
Let's say he saw YOU first and came after you but was seen by MTF while coming after you? Wouldn't that still make him come after you first?
Or does 096 go after the one closest? One of those mysteries....

#9You have to see its face, not be in its room.Serimah wrote:As the title states, I've seen this happen on several occasions. MTF Units would be in the same room with SCP-096 and yet they would never find themselves hunted by it.
Re: SCP-096 attacking MTF?
#10That's where my thoughts were going. What DOES it take for 096 to get aggressive? I remember reading about this 096 incident where the victim only saw about 10 PIXELS of it and still it attacked him. Also it attacks you if you so much as spot its face on a camera/picture. So MTFs running into the same room with 096 sitting in the middle... there's a high chance of this little bastard being seen by at least one moron. Even if it's only in the corner of his eye.Dr. Maruss wrote:You have to see its face, not be in its room.Serimah wrote:As the title states, I've seen this happen on several occasions.
