I'm a kid. I am only 11 years old and I'm simply trying to help make this the best horror game that has ever existed (it's already pretty close though)! Or am I just not helping? My name is SCP-106 because I really hate it (do you hate SCP-106? Specify "it"). Please don't hate me. :(

The whole idea of the Black Ops and assassins sent in to clean up all survivors reminds me of the Black Ops and HECU from Half Life, just a bit. While I don't believe adding another variant of the MTF is ideal, I think some members of the Chaos Insurgency running about could be interesting.

But the question is, would they be hostile to D-9341?

I've always thought of the same thing, because Chao's Insurgency doesn't know so much about the D-Class anyways, are they hostile to the D-Class?

They wouldn't spare ANYONE in my eyes, in a Foundation raid. The only things they wouldn't harm would probably be the live SCP objects.
