If you kill the lure victim, and wait for some time, you can find the dead classds corpse somewhere.
That's actually a good idea, but one canon problem: The corpses are victimes "released" from the pocket dimension. After 106 has been contained, the dead class d can't be found somewhere in the facility, but maybe you can somehow get the monitor in 106's room back to work and see 106 sitting on the floor and the corpse lying next to the femur breaker.
Do you think NASA invented thunderstorms to cover up the sound of space battles?
