In SCP-372's document it says that if 372 escapes an alert would go of saying "that all personnel should watch for any brief flickering movements in the corner of their eyes, and to report immediately if one is sighted''. So maybe a short time after the first alarm goes off maybe a recorded message should come on saying that he breached containment. Just an idea

But even if so, the Alarm would have to go since the beginning of the game. Since it's door is already open from the start. It wouldn't be recorded. Security Chief Franklin (The person that talks on the intercom) would announce it, but I think that there would be other concerns, oh I don't know, the man in Black corrosion walking about? A Statue that can fly through the vents like a rat? XD
