Well not necessary a new game...a mode would be great...it's only the base with lights scientist and guards in corridors and rooms...class D send to Test some SCP etc...it's a long work but not hard
Its long work AND hard work. Its not easy to make a game, and what you are asking is to make a whole new thing for the game.
