Re: Health Hud (HELP NEEDED)
#11The fact you are waddling around is enough indication that you are injured.
I'm not here as much right now, mention me on our Discord server if you need anything.
I accidentally ran into one with a jade ring... I just ended up waddling at an all time low speed of 0.001 m/pg with these to guys slapping me in the back. It took me around five minutes to die from blood loss despite being hit multiple times.Glitch wrote:049-2 zombies, I've personally never fought against them as they are quite easy to avoid, so I'm not entirely sure what their attack mechanics are like, but really it should be instant death.
Why hasn't anybody mentioned this before, good job Ketercheat. This is basic health display, almost exactly like a normal big named video game. Though the screen should also lose colour, producing a black and white effect.Ketercheat wrote:I have a simple solution.
The more injuries you have, the more red the screen is.
The more blood you lose, the more blurry the screen gets.
I never liked this system of health. It's inaccurate and overall obscures your view of the game. I'm on the bandwagon for this one, we don't need a health bar because, IMO, it doesn't fit the game well.Ketercheat wrote:I have a simple solution.

Doesn't that just make it harder for the player to actually play, just when a real person is bleeding, obscured vision would be true due to the agony of your wounds. Besides, obscure view makes for a slightly more terrifying game play, harder to see enemies like 173.Insanity's Bane wrote:overall obscures your view of the game.Ketercheat wrote:I have a simple solution.
