No, they are not the same at all.

Gate A

"Once the player reaches Gate A, several Apaches and Mobile Task Force units will be seen stationed outside of the entrance. If the player has not contained SCP-106, it will emerge from inside near the catwalk. SCP-106 will ignore the player and start to advance outside, escaping the facility via a bridge. Once emerged, Security Chief Franklin will announce SCP-106's appearance over the intercom and order it to be contained. The H.I.D. Turret will power up and shoot a focused beam of light at SCP-106, forcing it to retreat into the Pocket Dimension. After SCP-106's defeat, the MTF units will focus on the player and try to kill them.

There are currently two endings that can be reached at Gate A."

Gate B

"As a result of returning power to SCP-079 by turning the remote door control back on, SCP-079 will allow access to Gate B. Using the elevator, the player is greeted to a large hallway which leads to the walkway to the end sequence control room. The player has to run past patrolling guards on the rooftops and the Apache helicopters, which will shoot at them. The player will need a level 5 keycard to enter the final area.

As the player passes through the hallway, an event will occur with SCP-682, who also breached containment. Apaches will begin firing upon an off-screen SCP-682, trying to stop it from escaping. If the player chooses to, they can see one of the helicopters be swatted out of the sky by SCP-682's claw. Shortly after the Apache is downed, the intercom will come on, announcing that the Alpha Warheads will be detonated.

At the end of the hallway is a control room. Inside is a monitor mentioning the detonation of the Alpha Warhead and a keypad locked door which is inaccessible to the player. If the player disables the warheads then gas will start spewing out of the ceiling once the intercom announces that the warheads were unable to be detonated.

At this point, one of two endings can occur. "
