Regalis could make a really nice easter egg with a audio log of SCP-087-B maybe a doctor explaining the experiment procedure.Stormy wrote:Mestiar wrote:I´m still hoping to see some audio logs from the doctors/agents/class-d scattered around the facility, expanding the SPC universe on the game.
Audio logs would be a great way to find out more about what happened to doctors, scientists and Class Ds. I saw this used brilliantly in System Shock. I think this method of background storytelling would greatly serve a game like Containment Breach where the player rarely encounters other living people, with exception to the MTF guys who shoot you on sight. We really should encourage Regalis to implement this into the game.
As long as it's a well-hidden easter egg and not something you'd find in normal gameplay, it'd be fine. 087-b is not a canon SCP, it was just Regalis's own thing, and he's sticking as close to canon as possible with Containment Breach.Mestiar wrote:Regalis could make a really nice easter egg with a audio log of SCP-087-B maybe a doctor explaining the experiment procedure.
We can't just use sounds directly from other horror games you know. There's quite a few problems within that territory.Prune wrote:I just found the perfect sound effects for SCP 096. While watching someone play Dead Space, there was an enemy called The Guardian and it has some of the most disturbing human screams in the world. They sound genuinely sickening and would suit 096 very well. Here's a clip of one in action: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZVJnXUZIy0
