As far as I know, you need 10 posts to send a PM. Basic anti-spam measures.

Ah - i see. I can now send PM's - either i was very blind before - or an admin has kindly granted me permission.

Oh yeah sorry about that, I very recently pushed through some new Anti-Spam measures since it was getting annoying to deal with a ton of spam threads, the main effect is that users with less than three posts can't start a new thread, it seems I also prevented them from accessing the forum's PM. However your postings brought you over the limit.

Tis for the best. At only 3 posts, it's not annoying and it stops spammers.
