I reduced the polycount from ~10k to ~3600. This produced a couple of holes due to the way 173 was originally put together, so I fixed up any edges that became messed up after being simplified. The end result looks pretty much exactly the same, but with almost 1/3 of the original number of polys

Someone should make a photo-realistic rendition based off of the original photo.

I made some minor alterations and adjusted the color balance of 173's texture to make it more like the original photo, and in my opinion it looks quite good after these small changes. However, if you think it needs to look even more like the original then I will try to modify it.
