Not really, following the voice lines and stuff, things get pretty out of control in the surface after some time, SCPs get out and the Chaos Insurgency begin their full-assault. It can still be scary.

The player could try to escape the facilty via the rail system, hiding from guards and personnel, and a place like that could be perfect for a 682 chase.

Ill make a model for it, shaping these models into blitz approved crap's not my problem through

If so im still doing both stations, maybe they can be linked up.
We have the big 682 chase sequence in the tunnels,
Get out on the outer station.
"SCP-682 has broken out of the facility at the section 15 rail depot"

You got my support.
I doubt Site-19 would have a full blown underground railway, a tram system like in Black Mesa or the London underground would be fine, but something like what you pictured, far too excessive.

I like this station design.

I'm just hoping this kind of thing is possible, it's a common theme in containment breach for rooms to be built around the map algorithm, for example, the maintenance tunnels, big circle leading back to where you started, the doors you enter and exit through are only around 10 meters apart..
