Lets face it, this project will never be finished, Regalis is to busy with life and I don't see any progress.

Well, 860 is a confirmed SCP for Containment Breach, by Regalis himself, so it's definitely going to be in-game at some point, sort of like how 096 was 'probably' going to be in game at one point earlier on. Thing is, 860's a bit of a bigger project to undertake, more so than 096, so it would understandably take longer. A lot of progress has been made already, though, the key and forest (mostly) have been done, all that's left is the monster, which is going through a redesign at the moment. When the resources are available, it'll probably be added asap.
