Put on those headphones, boys and girls.
Guards is for the lines spoken by those who are assigned to monitor the Class D personnel.
This recording has three distinct vocal identities:
1. The veteran. He doesn't have time for your shit, and he's been doing this for far too long.
2. The sadist. It's possible he takes pleasure in torturing the Class D's when no one else is around.
3. The optimist. He's a bit of a soft-spoken older man. He knows his place, but he also knows that the Class D's are still human beings. I took a few liberties with his lines to make him seem a bit less rough, so heads-up.
Enjoy!

#42In all honesty, I just think the other (Original) Duke's lines are better. No offence.ItsDuke wrote:Put on those headphones, boys and girls.

#45They sound pretty good. Maybe all of them could be used, with the guard having a different voice in every game.

#46I must say, they all sound AMAZING. Though I prefer the optimist... I dunno why though. He just feels right to me.
Heheh, you said a bad word.
All of you guys really are special. Did you guys know that? Yes you guys are! Each in your own special way.

Re: Audio Requests
#47I tried to do some voice impressions for this lines, but is sooo bad! XD
I guess I just don't have the voice for some sort of guard.
I sound more like a scientist or something rofl!

#48https://soundcloud.com/slinkycatalyst/creepyambience1 Little sound effect I made today. I thought it sounded like it would fit into CB as ambience. First one I've ever made, using "Audacity".
https://soundcloud.com/slinkycatalyst/customnecksnaps Now I tried to make my own little "Snapping neck" sounds. I know there isn't a demand for any, but I thought I'd share them anyways.

Re: Audio Requests
#49Not bad, definitely not scary but during a rather empty play through (probably won't happen too often any more with 173 appearing everywhere you go) it would create a more eerie atmosphere.SlinkyCatalyst wrote:https://soundcloud.com/slinkycatalyst/creepyambience1 Little sound effect I made today. I am officially SCP-426. I am a toaster, and people refer to me in first person. This memetic quality is one of my best traits!

#50Liking those new lines Duke!
One quick suggestion. There should be a line if the player decides to sprint away from the guards, like "Hey Stop!", "What the? Stop!" or "He's running, Stop!"
Otherwise the lines felt right.
