At the end of the SCP-049 page on the wiki, you can see that there was an incident, when SCP-049 got out of it's cell and talked with an unknow SCP which is a mask. (Maybe SCP-035 ?) It say that now, SCP-049 seem more happier now, and sing old church hymns, and try to recomfort his victim before performing surgery. My suggestion is, when you enter it's containment chamber, you could hear him singing in the distance, some kind of songs like this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6SvxaNQ6d7M), or maybe you could hear him saying things like "Don't worry, it wont take long, before I remove the plague on your body.", before noticing you, and chase you.

I think this is a really cool idea. And this could also add when he is in the Maintenance Tunnels you could hear echos of him humming. (Just a idea )

I like the idea. One of the main features of SCP-049 is its unpredictable behavior, so I think this would be a great addition to the game. Perfect for creating tension in the air.

My theory of what they talked about was vocal persuasion. 035 probably was giving advice on using words to coerce victims, which work well for 035 thanks to its memetic properties, but not so well for 049. 049 tried it anyways, and still tries to talk his victims into compliance.
