When I tried starting the game, it told me "The following DDLs were not found in the game directory: bb_fmod.dll fmod.dll zlibwapi.dll"
So I checked the WinRAR game directory and lo and behold, all 3 of these were in it

I tried extracting the files to system32, I've tried re-downloading the files, it just doesn't work

just to be clear, you have extracted everything into one folder and then playing it from there correct? and not opening the game from the RAR folder.

I did what you said and extracted everything into the game folder, but it still doesn't work!

Alright, I extracted all three files and the gamefile and instead of the usual missing DLLs, I got a MemAccess Violation, That's a... start
